SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping & Order Processing

LiuMama Bakery arranges delivery for orders placed through our website using Lalamove.

  • Delivery Fee: Delivery fees are automatically calculated through the Lalamove API based on the delivery details provided during checkout.

  • Delivery Arrangement: Our team will arrange delivery through the Lalamove Portal after receiving your order.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete when placing your order.

 

2. Delivery Timeframe

Customers can place cake orders on the same day or in advance, subject to order availability. Customers can select their preferred date and time slot on the individual product page when placing an order.

Our available time slots are:

  • 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM

  • 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM

For same-day orders, LiuMama Bakery will notify customers of the earliest available pickup or delivery time after reviewing the order and preparation requirements. The selected time slot for same-day orders is subject to confirmation.

For delivery orders, LiuMama Bakery will arrange delivery through the Lalamove Portal according to the confirmed date and time slot. Actual delivery times may be affected by traffic conditions, driver availability or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

3. Delivery Charges

The delivery fee displayed at checkout is calculated based on the delivery information provided and the applicable Lalamove delivery charges at the time of quotation.

Delivery fees may vary depending on the delivery distance, location and availability of delivery services.

 

4. Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us at liumamabakery@gmail.com and provide your order details so we can assist you.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and reachable contact numbers. Delays or unsuccessful deliveries may occur if the recipient is unavailable or the delivery information provided is incorrect or incomplete.
